When The Refugees Saw What Happen To Alice Angel, She Took Many Of The People To Her Cult: The Cult Of The Angel. Fixit's Wife Is One Of The Unlucky Ones To Be A Member. He Could Even Stand Seeing The Refugees' Faces Even The In The Heartbroken Eyes Of The New Members' Boyfriends And Husbands. Fixit And The Refugees Left Them Behind With Heavenly Toys On Guard To Go To The Music Department To Live As Their New Home. They Think They Will Be Safe, Until Sammy Lawrence Notices Them. After The Alice Angel's Attack, The Refugee Said They Wanted No More Of This, But Sammy Forced Most Of Them (Including Fixit And His Troupe, Johnny's Broken Hearts) To Be Members Of His Cult: Cult Of The Devil. If The Members Are Not As Their Told, They'll Be Sacrificed To His "Savor" And If They Carry Out The Orders, They Have Security.
